The Italian media today shares some exclusive information on the future of Everton winger Demarai Gray.

According to Sport Italia, Al-Shabab are offering the Toffees £12m to sign the player.

It’s claimed that there’s already an agreement between Gray and the Saudi club, and it’s now up to Everton to decide whether the deal is going forward.

The outlet claims there’s still no deal with the Toffees, although it’s not clear whether the Goodison Park side have rejected the offer or are still thinking about that.

Gray still hasn’t played for Everton this season, having no impact on the poor Premier League campaign that Sean Dyche’s side has been having.

The winger was signed by the Toffees in a €2m deal from Bayer Leverkusen in 2021, and in two years at the club, he’s had 12 goals and six assists in 75 appearances.

He’s valued by Transfermarkt at €20m, though, and even though his contract with Everton runs until 2024, there’s an option for a further year. So there’s a chance the English club could be arguing for a few more million from his sale.
