Fotomac report Besiktas are considering signing Everton forward Oumar Niasse if they fail to bring in first choice target Burak Yilmaz.

The Turkish club are in the market for a striker and according to Fotomac, Niasse is an option for them.

Niasse is currently out of the picture at Everton, with Marco Silva preferring Richarlison as his No.9 in recent weeks.

The Senegal striker hasn’t played for the Merseyside club since October and hasn’t even appeared in a Premier League squad since September. Tosun has himself been linked with a move back to Besiktas, a very popular story in the player’s home country, but his teammate may be the easier signing option.

In recent weeks Niasse has been linked with Besiktas’ local rivals Galatasaray after reports the player was close to joining Cim Bom in the last window. Like Besiktas, Galatasaray have made it their priority to bring in a forward during the next window.

The 28 year old has only played 48 minutes of Premier League football for Everton this season and is under contract with the Premier League club until 2020.
