Everton and Napoli are in discussions over a mega-deal that would see Moise Kean return to Italy, while Allan and Hirving Lozano would move to Goodison Park.

That’s according to journalist Fabio Santini, who says Napoli manager Gennaro Gattuso has given the okay for the club to pursue the Italian striker this summer.

Kean has been heavily linked with a return to his homeland after a disappointing first year in England following his move from Juventus last summer.

Numerous reports have indicated that his agent, Mino Raiola, is working on trying to get the youngster back to Italy and that Napoli are interested as they may need a replacement for Dries Mertens.

At the same time, Everton have been named as suitors for Allan and Lozano since January, with Carlo Ancelotti thought to be keen on reuniting with the pair following their time together at Napoli.

Reports earlier this month indicated this could happen in a deal involving Kean and, according to Santini, that has certainly been proposed.

“I have news to give regarding Napoli’s transfer market,” he told 7 Gold, relayed by Arena Napoli.

“Gennaro Gattuso has said yes to signing Moise Kean. Napoli have repeatedly approached the player in a maxi-operation that could take Allan and Hirving Lozano to Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton.

“The blue coach (Gattuso) highly appreciates the former Juventus striker and has given his consent to such an operation.

“I can tell you that Gennaro Gattuso, Napoli’s coach, really thinks a lot of him and is convinced that he can do well.”
