Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf have Ronald Koeman Jr. on the front cover of their Friday sport section, and then as the main story of a double page spread inside.
Koeman Jr. plays for FC Oss and the 21 year old goalkeeper has been getting some games recently.
FC Oss play in the second division of Dutch football, and on Thursday night they faced Feyenoord away.
Everton manager Koeman played for and managed Feyenoord, and his brother Erwin also managed the club. De Telegraaf explain that Feyenoord fans are fond of the Koeman family, even if the Everton boss revealed he wouldn’t be supporting them last night.
For once I support another team in De Kuip today 😉 Good luck @fcoss_09 and Ronald Koeman jr.! #fcoss #feyenoord #knvbbeker pic.twitter.com/9cIpalUsyo

Feyenoord expectedly won the KNVB Cup match, with the final score being 4-1. Thankfully, Koeman Jr still played well, in his first high profile football match.
If the media had turned against the youngster and been crticial then it would have been even harder for Koeman Jr. to come through the pressure related to his family name.
FC Oss kept the score 1-1 at half time, largely thanks to some saves from the goalkeeper, explain De Telegraaf, and despite the scoreline, it’s seen as a positive evening for the Koeman family, with the Everton manager making that clear himself.
Proud as a father to see my son playing! Great experience to play in front of 50.000 @Feyenoord fans pic.twitter.com/bOnuRnpvFM
