Everton goalkeeper Jonas Lossl is keen to leave the club this month and has interest from Marseille and Inter Miami.
The Danish goalkeeper currently finds himself as the number three at Goodison Park, with Jordan Pickford and Robin Olsen ahead of him in the pecking order.
Everton’s desire to turn Olsen’s loan move into a permanent one means that situation isn’t going to change soon and Lossl is keen to make a change.
That is driven predominantly by his desire to play in the European Championships in the summer, and he knows that he needs to be playing regularly if he is to be a part of Kasper Hjulmand’s squad.
One of those is Marseille in France, with it explained that Lossl ‘has a really good name’ in the country after he impressed for Guingamp earlier in his career.
Marseille have ‘noted the Dane as an interesting goalkeeper’ and a player that you ‘want to get your hands on’.
They’re currently fifth in Ligue 1 and have experienced duo Steve Mandanda and Yohann Pele in goal, but the Everton goalkeeper would be given a chance to fight for the number one shirt were they to make a move.
France is not his only possible destination, though, with the United States also an option on the table.
David Beckham’s Inter Miami have Lossl ‘on the wishlist’ and the chance to play in America, live in Florida and be a part of a squad that boasts big names like Gonzalo Higuain could be tempting.
Lossl, for his part, is keen on a move and attaches ‘great importance’ on getting the regular playing time that he’s not getting under Ancelotti at Everton.
Thus a move is very likely to happen, with two clubs already waiting in the wings to give him what he wants.
