Everton have joined the race for Ryan Kent, according to a report on Thursday evening.
Following the end of the 26-year-old’s contract with Rangers, the winger is now free to decide his new destination this summer.
It’s Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb who features a story about his situation today, claiming several clubs are interested in him.
Everton are said to be the latest to join the battle, following the chase from the likes of Fenerbahce, Udinese and Bologna.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, it’s the Turkish side who already presented Kent an offer, as Everton and the others just ‘like’ him for now.
The Toffees just need to focus on their end of season first, because their pursuit is said to be conditioned on them staying in the Premier League.
Kent has made 44 appearances for Rangers this season, with three goals and ten assists.
The winger belonged to Liverpool for many years before deciding to move to Scotland, and TuttoMercatoWeb now wonder if he’ll return to the city, this time playing for the blue side.
