ASpor report Juventus are interested in signing Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun, and could be set to table an offer for the player in the next window.
Crystal Palace have also been strongly linked with a move for Tosun in recent weeks, after their attempts to sign the 26 year old in the last window.
The Turkish newspaper claim Juventus scouts have been following Tosun’s performances this season, and last weekend sent an official to watch Besiktas play Galatasaray. The Turkey international was again on the scoresheet in his side’s 3-0 victory, to take his tally to eleven goals this season.
Juve are now said to considering whether to make an offer for Tosun, but they will face competition from the likes of Crystal Palace.
Crystal Palace’s offer of £10m was rejected by Besiktas last summer because the Turkish champions at the time valued Tosun around €18m, although the bid arriving late in the window was also a big issue. Since then Tosun has impressed for Besiktas, and his value has increased.
The Premier League side have maintained their interest in the forward, but with clubs like Juventus showing an interest it will be difficult for the Eagles to seal a deal.
