Following an investment of over €80m, Juventus are clearly concerned about the situation of Dusan Vlahovic, who hasn’t been standing out as first expected.

The striker only had 11 goals for the Old Lady this season, and also struggling with a few injuries, has been disappointing the club a little.

That’s why Italian outlet Calcio Mercato today writes about the scenarios he may find in the summer, and Arsenal get a mention as a possibility for him.

The website explains it’s ‘difficult to predict’ what will happen with the player, but there are clubs moving ‘in the background’.

Arsenal are named as one of the sides who had been interested in Vlahovic since his time at Fiorentina, when they spoke to his agent.

Calcio Mercato then say it’s ‘especially the Gunners’ who are a possibility, as they’re ‘ready to intervene’ in case they get signs that the striker could move.

The big problem is that Juventus just can’t accept they’re losing money. So since ‘no one’, and that should include Arsenal, will pay €70m or €80m for Vlahovic, his sale is ‘unthinkable’ right now.

It’s said a potential move would hardly depend on the player’s will, although he’s mostly focused on recovering at Juventus right now.
