Arsenal have rekindled their interest in Dušan Vlahović after losing out to Juventus in the race to sign him from Fiorentina in January 2022.
The striker’s decision to snub the Gunners hasn’t paid off as he’s ‘now unhappy’ at the Serie A side and could leave them in the next window.
That’s according to TuttoMercatoWeb, who state the 22-year-old has suitors in the Premier League, ‘especially’ Arsenal.
Having snatched the Serbia international away from the Gunners, Juve are now ready to turn the page by offloading him in the summer. The Turin club will ‘say goodbye’ to the former Fiorentina man if they receive the ‘right offer’ for him.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side invested €80m on Vlahović and are asking for the same figure to give him away. Bayern Munich were credited with interest in him but aren’t willing to spend €80m on the frontman.
The Premier League could come to ‘rescue’ Vlahović, where Arsenal are back in the mix to acquire his signature. TMW don’t specify if Mikel Arteta’s side are ready to meet the Old Lady’s demands to carry out the deal in the summer.
