Junior Firpo’s contract expires in June and his future at Leeds United needs to be settled.

At the weekend, Corriere dello Sport reported the Leeds player’s agent has offered him to Lazio.

Junior Firpo spent five years at Real Betis before leaving them for Barcelona in 2019 and two years later, the La Liga winners sold him to Leeds. There’s been talk of the defender returning to Real Betis.

At this moment in time, Manuel Pellegrini’s side haven’t made an offer for the Dominican Republic international. Estadio also contacted his entourage to find out whether he has renewed his contract with Leeds.

The fullback’s entourage have informed Estadio he has a ‘juicy offer’ from Leeds for a renewal. However, he hasn’t reached an agreement with the English club because there are other offers on the table.
