Roma have now officially stepped up their efforts to sign Crysencio Summerville from West Ham United.

The Italian journalist reports that Roma have now officially tabled a €46m offer for the West Ham United star.
They are continuing their efforts to strengthen their squad for next season, when they will compete in the Champions League once again. They have been eyeing a move for the winger for several months but have now stepped up their efforts.
According to Di Marzio, Crysencio Summerville has ‘never been this close’ to joining the club. The Giallorossi’s efforts are being buoyed by the fact that the winger has given his approval to the switch. He is impressed by the club’s sporting project.
Roma are therefore hoping to finalise a deal with him. The financial details of an agreement with the West Ham forward are still to be ‘worked out in detail’. But his approval to the move is seen as a major positive, and a step forward for Roma’s chances of getting him.
