It’s impressive how the Italian media has been reporting Amadou Diawara’s new tag price all at once in the past 24 hours.

We’ve already covered claims from Calcio Mercato and Radio CRC both claiming that Napoli could be selling the player in January for a minimum amount of €50m.

Calcio Mercato even claimed that Tottenham Hotspur offered €38m for the midfielder in the summer, which wasn’t enough to convince the Italian side.

And both outlets said that Wolverhampton Wanderers have recently been making contacts to know more about the situation.

Now Tuttosport also brings some very similar claims. They report the €50m tag price as well, saying Napoli won’t let him go for less than that.

Something they add is that Diawara’s sister, who works as his agent, has hired a representative to look for clubs for him in the Premier League.

Tuttosport writes about the interest from Tottenham and Wolves, and references a €35m offer, without making it clear which of the two clubs made it.

But by looking for new buyers, this intermediary would search for a ‘better’ bid this time. Now will Spurs and Wolves improve their offers, or some other club outbid them?
