Dutch champions PSV are hopeful of adding to their squad before the transfer deadline, and are now looking to the Premier League to bring in players.
Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel has turned down the chance to return to the Dutch side, and instead they are now giving consideration to signing Manchester City youngster Oleksandr Zinchenko to fill this avoid.
Voetbal Zone have reported today that PSV are interested signing Zinchenko on loan for the season despite the player only joining Manchester City this summer.
The youngster is likely to struggle to get regular football at the Etihad because of the competition for places in midfield, and a loan may could make sense in order to get first team experience.
