West Ham United could be handed the chance to sign Jota Silva this summer, and make his dreams come true in the process.
That’s according to Record, who say it would be a ‘dream come true’ for the forward to make the move to England and there is a deal there to be done for West Ham and other suitors.
They explain that the West Ham are one of several clubs in the Premier League looking at the forward, who is the current Liga Portugal Forward of the Month and Player of the Month.
He’s been having a superb season for Vitoria Guimaraes, with 15 goals and seven assists in 39 games to date and his Portugal debut coming in March to boot.
It’s been a rapid rise over the last five years for him, climbing step by step from Sousense to the Portuguese top flight, earning himself plenty of admirers in the process.
Now he has Benfica ‘paying attention to his evolution’ and evaluating a deal and they’re not the only ones, with West Ham also watching from England.
And they’d have an advantage too, as it’s the player’s dream to play in the Premier League and they could make that dream come true.
He’s also available at a fair price too, with a €20m clause making him more than attractive and the fact he’s in the final year of his deal making the Portuguese side open to doing a deal.
All the pieces are there and there’s a transfer waiting to happen for him, all the Hammers need to do is get on board.
