Takvim claim Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli has held talks with Marouane Fellaini’s agent and brother Mansour over a potential move.

The Belgian midfielder is expected to leave Manchester United following the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and reports of a move to Turkey have inevitably reemerged.

Whenever there is doubt around the footballer… Turkish rumours will not be far behind.

According to Takvim, Fellaini is ready to leave the Premier Leaguer club and will consider Fenerbahce’s offer before making a decision.

It’s claimed both sides will talk once again in the next few days and the Istanbul club are hoping they can convince the Manchester United player over a loan deal.

Fenerbahce are in the market for a central midfielder in this transfer window and the Turkish club have also been linked with Leicester City’s Adrien Silva in recent weeks, with reports they are closing in on the Portugal international.

Fellaini has made 14 Premier League appearances for his club this season and is under contract with at Old Trafford until 2020.
