Like many players this summer, PSG defender Moussa Sissako has had multiple offers from the Premier League on the table.
The 18-year-old has been between Newcastle United and Brighton for much of the transfer window, with both clubs very keen to add him to their squads.
Newcastle had been leading the race for his signature, but the Seagulls had made a late move to secure his signature instead.
Both had offered him a four-year deal, and he had to decide which of the clubs he would choose.
Moussa Sissako n’ira finalement dans aucun des deux clubs. Les négociations n’ont pas pu être finalisées #PSG #Mercato #RMCSport https://t.co/7X5uBkBnsY

However, Tanzi has now provided an update on the situation and says a move will not be happening. He says that negotiations could not be finalised and thus, he will not join either club.
That seemingly puts an end to any chance of him moving to the Premier League, although that could change in the frantic rush of deadline day.
