Nottingham Forest defender Loic Bade is set to soon leave the City Ground, according to claims from France.
Le Telegramme today reports that Rennes, who own the player, are cutting short his spell and bringing him back in January.
Bade hasn’t played a single minute for Nottingham Forest since joining them in the summer, and according to the report, there’s a reason why he wasn’t given any chances recently.
It’s claimed that Rennes have had an agreement with the Reds ‘since October’ for the player to only feature for one club this season, as that will allow him to find a new destination in January.
Since Bade had already played for Rennes at the start of the season, before moving to Nottingham Forest, he’s now being stopped from having a chance at the City Ground so the French side can find him a new club in the winter market.
It’s said Rennes have been working ‘for several weeks’ to find the player a new club. He’s expected to barely arrive at the French side and then be loaned somewhere else.
