On loan from Dynamo Kiev to Anderlecht, Lukasz Teodorczyk has been extremely prolific for the Belgian side this season.
Scoring 13 goals in 18 appearances, the 25-year-old is attracting a lot of interest from teams around Europe, including the Premier League.
According to DH in Belgium, five English teams, including four from the top tier, will be present to watch Teodorczyk against FSV Mainz on Thursday night in the Europa League.
Among them will be David Moyes’ Sunderland alongside his former club Everton, who have both been looking for strikers, with the latter loaning Enner Valencia in the last few hours of the transfer window when a move for Manolo Gabbiadini fell through.
DH explain that Anderlecht have the power to make the move permanent for around €3m, and would then be looking to sell him for around €13m or so to the highest bidder.
Such an amount, even if he is a rather prolific striker, could be seen as a gamble for both Everton and Sunderland, considering he’s only played in Poland, Ukraine and Belgium so far.
However, there could be a lot of competition, with other teams from around Europe also there to watch the striker, including Leipzig, Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, Atalanta and AC Milan.
The other English teams set to be present alongside the Black Cats and the Toffees are Aston Villa, West Brom and West Ham.
