As the German media continue to cover Bayern Munich’s efforts to sign Harry Kane, there’s a claim from France which may cause some worry for the Bundesliga champions.
Bayern have been struggling to reach a deal for the Tottenham Hotspur captain, with Spurs not keen on a sale despite him being in the final year of his contract.
It may come down to finances, and an amount which reaches high enough to tempt the London club.
RMC report that PSG have now moved into the picture and the Ligue 1 club will do ‘everything possible’ to reach a deal for Kane.
It’s explained officials from the club were in London last week to talk to Daniel Levy and Kane’s entourage.
At this stage, PSG haven’t managed to get the approval of the player, who is said to prioritise a move to Bayern. There’s confidence the Paris club could ‘could easily’ beat the wages on offer in Germany but it’s not thought that would be key.
RMC believe PSG could offer close to €100m to Tottenham and it’s thought that this would be enough.
Should Spurs see a Kane sale as a possibility, it won’t be a bad thing to have PSG join the race and pressure Bayern.
