PSV have joined the race to sign Basaksehir winger Cengiz Under, according to claims in the Turkish media. The 19-year-old has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks.
It’s been claimed PSV are now preparing a bid for Under, and this should be made within the next week.
Last week Basaksehir manager Abdullah Avci said they were expecting a bid from Tottenham, even though he wants the youngster to remain in Turkey. Basaksehir are looking for a transfer fee in the region of €15m from any club wanting to sign the youngster.
Tottenham were given a boost to sign Under in recent days following the arrival of Eljaro Elia at Basaksehir. The Dutch winger is seen as a replacement for the Turkey international after signing a three year contract with the Turkish side.
