About a week ago, the Italian media had several stories about Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli having a mission in London to talk about a couple of players.

It turns out that outlet SOS Fanta now comes up to say the Bianconeri were chasing a player who hadn’t been mentioned in those articles. That’s Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho.

It’s claimed that Juventus managed to inform themselves ‘in a serious, concrete way’, and now have enough information to potentially go after his signing.

The story claims Manchester United have already taken a decision and there won’t be a step back about his departure from the club. Following the argument with Erik ten Hag, the winger is set to leave the club in the January transfer window.

According to SOS Fanta, Juventus only see the operation possible if on a loan deal. The Red Devils obviously prefer a permanent transfer, and that’s what the clubs are set to talk about.

Since his salary is believed to be too much for the Old Lady, Manchester United will have to give them a hand with that as well.

Sancho’s contract with the Red Devils runs until 2026, and he’s currently valued by Transfermarkt at €32m.
