Rangers’ Hamza Igamane could leave this summer, a year after moving to Ibrox from AS FAR.

Earlier on Thursday, journalist Sacha Tavolieri reported Lille have agreed personal terms with the striker. Another journalist, Sanit Aouna, stated the Ligue 1 club have made a verbal offer, while another French club have also sent an offer to Rangers.

Aouna didn’t mention the detail of the second French club and RMC Sport have more on that and on Lille’s desire to sign the Rangers player.

They state Marseille have positioned themselves in a battle with Lille for the 22-year-old. Roberto De Zerbi’s side, however, will have to step up quickly as they have a lot to do to get ahead of their Ligue 1 rivals.

That’s because Lille have agreed a three-year contract with the Morocco international. An agreement with Russell Martin’s side is needed to conclude the operation.

According to RMC Sport, Lille ‘will soon send the first concrete offer’ to Rangers. If they were to make progress, Igamane can leave the Scottish club after spending just one season with them.

He managed 16 goals and three assists for Rangers.
