For the past few weeks, various reports coming out of the Italian media have discussed Lazio potentially looking at Everton’s Allan in the upcoming window.

The Serie A side are likely to part ways with Sergej Milinković-Savić after this season and if that were to happen, they will have to find a replacement for their star.

On April 29th, we carried a report from Il Messaggero, who suggested it would be ‘easier’ for the Biancocelesti to sign the Everton player over Chelsea’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

It was also explained the Brazil international is a ‘very loyal’ target for Maurizio Sarri. He played under the Italian coach when the pair were at Napoli.

TuttoMercatoWeb journalist Niccolò Ceccarini again explains that Milinković-Savić’s sale in the upcoming window is ‘increasingly probable’. For this reason, Lazio started working to find a successor for the Serbia international.

Ceccarini claims a ‘name that is to be taken into strong consideration’ is Allan. He further adds Everton could make the South American available in the market in the summer, even though the player has made 25 league starts this season.
