Feyenoord are ‘still busy’ trying to conclude a deal with West Ham for Luis Guilherme before their transfer deadline today.

That’s according to 1908.nl, who report that there is plenty of work left to do on the potential move for the Brazilian.

Guilherme was linked with a move away from West Ham throughout the January transfer window after struggling since arriving from Brazil in the summer.

Porto explored a late deal for him but couldn’t get it over the line as Portuguese rules state the player must be in the country by a certain time to be registered.

It seems Feyenoord are now trying to get a deal done on the final day of the Dutch transfer window, but a deal is not progressing.

According to 1908.nl they have not reached a personal agreement with the player as yet and there is no agreement with West Ham either.

Furthermore, an injury to Crysencio Summerville ‘does not help in the negotiation’ between the two sides. In other words, Summerville’s potential absence has West Ham considering whether they now want to let Guilherme go.

Either way, it seems Feyenoord are working on the potential deal but are spending their deadline day working on it.
