AC Milan had a scout at Euro 2024 yesterday to watch Albania take on Italy so they could watch Chelsea striker Armando Broja.
That’s according to Sky Sport Italy, who say Milan are eyeing the Chelsea man as they look to buy at least two forwards this summer.
They report that Milan sent scout to Dortmund to watch Italy’s clash with Albania so they can keep an eye on Broja, who is expected to be a key player for the latter at the tournament in Germany.
Milan have been following the Chelsea forward for some time, consistently scouting him for several weeks ahead of a potential move.
They’re now set to add to those scouting reports with one from Euro 2024.
There’s no mention of a potential bid or the value of the potential deal at this point but a report earlier today indicated that Juventus were accelerating their own interest because of Milan also being keen.
Perhaps that was a response to Milan sending a scout to watch the forward in Germany, which could interpreted as the first step in the transfer process.
