For the past few weeks, reports in Germany and France have repeatedly said Manchester United want to sign Eintracht Frankfurt star Randal Kolo Muani this summer.
The Red Devils are in the market for a new striker and have identified him as a target after finding it difficult to sign Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane.
Bild state Eintracht Frankfurt absolutely want to retain him despite interest from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain. It’s claimed they have a ‘secret plan’ to hold on to the 24-year-old.
The France international finished his debut season in Germany with 23 goals and 17 assists. This, as per the report, has seen him increase his valuation from €20m to €80m.
Eintracht Frankfurt believe the Manchester United target still has room for improvement and that they are the ‘right club’ for him next season.
Bild say the striker makes several sprints per game but not a lot of them are successful. The German club want him to ‘wait for the right moments to become more dangerous’ and improve his numbers.
Eintracht Frankfurt back Kolo Muani to lead France at the 2024 Euros. Should he impress there and star for them next season, Bild say it will not only help him attract more clubs, but his market value will also increase significantly, to around €120m.
