According to a claim in the Turkish media, Besiktas have made an offer to sign Crystal Palace forward Christian Benteke.
Due to a knee injury, Benteke has hardly figured for the Eagles this season but Besiktas are still looking to bring in the Belgian.
Milliyet today report Besiktas have made a loan offer for the Crystal Palace ahead of the next transfer window. The Super Lig side have made it their priority to bring in a No.9 in January after losing Cenk Tosun and Alvaro Negredo in the last 12 months.
The likes of Javier Hernandez, Oumar Niasse and Cenk Tosun have been linked with a move to Besiktas in recent weeks.
It’s claimed transfer talks will take place over the possibility of the Belgian heading to Turkey in the new year.
Since signing for Crystal Place from Liverpool in 2016, Benteke has struggled to find his form, scoring just 18 goals in 70 Premier League games.
