It’s been a while since the Italian media started reporting AC Milan interest in Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior, as his little playing time with the Gunners makes him an attractive target for other clubs.
The Rossoneri were said to have had a failed attempt in the summer, and despite the many stories about the plan for a January transfer, there hadn’t been many updates about real action from the Serie A giants.
However, a fresh story from Calcio Mercato claims that as AC Milan engage in the mission to sign a new defender, the club will make a new assault for Kiwior’s transfer ‘in the next few days’.
The Rossoneri want the 23-year-old signed on a loan deal, and after their failed summer attempt, they shall now try with a ‘different proposal’.
Calcio Mercato don’t bring many details of the offer Milan will put on the table, but it does look like they’re improving the conditions to try to convince Arsenal.
In case they can’t get the transfer done, they should then move for other targets, as Barcelona’s Clement Lenglet and Bayer Leverkusen’s Piero Hincapié are other names on their list.
