Despite going after Wolverhampton’s Adama Traoré, it appears Galatasaray are on the verge of signing Norwich City’s Milot Rashica on loan.

This is what Milliyet in Turkey are reporting, explaining the player was the subject of an ‘official offer’ from the Turkish side.

Despite having five appearances to his name under Dean Smith this season, the winger doesn’t appear to be indispensable to Norwich, as the ‘offer was accepted’, and he will be ‘rented free of charge’.

In fact, the ‘transfer reached a happy ending’, suggesting a deal for the Kosovo international is all but wrapped up.

So far, the player has the one assist for Norwich this campaign, but it appears that’s as far as it will go for him, as he seems set to be moving to the Süper Lig side in the very near future.

We’ll have to wait and see whether or not this does go through, but with the Turkish transfer window deadline just around the corner, this will need to get done and announced fairly quickly.
