Jakub Kiwior has been mainly limited to a substitute role since joining Arsenal from Spezia in January 2023.

AC Milan showed interest in signing the centre-back on a loan deal in the winter market but the Gunners refused to let him leave.

A fresh report from TuttoMercatoWeb points that out when explaining that the Serie A side plan to return for the Arsenal defender in the summer window.

The Rossoneri intend to strengthgen their defence and are ‘looking with interest’ at the north London club, and specifically at Kiwior, who can also operate as a left-back.

Mikel Arteta’s side weren’t willing to part ways with the Poland international at the start of this year as they were involved in the title race.

The situation will be different in the summer window, when ‘there is more time’ for Arsenal to possibly find a replacement. Therefore, the Emirates club are said to be ready to sell the 24-year-old for a fee ‘slightly less than’ €25m, which is the figure they paid to buy him.

Kiwior is aware it’s difficult to have an important role at Arsenal and is presented as looking for a club who can offer him more game time, or at least a prominent role.

TMW say he earns €2.5m per year, and both his salary and asking price are affordable for AC Milan. The report believes Kiwior would favour a move back to Italy, and whether that’ll be the case remains to be seen.
