As well as Antonio Rüdiger and César Azpilicueta, there is another player at Chelsea whose contract is up in the summer.

That man is Andreas Christensen, who is also attracting a number of suitors,

Among those are Milan in Serie A, who are having to search the January transfer window for a centre-back following a serious injury to Simon Kjaer.

Corriere dello Sport bring up Christensen, and claim the Chelsea man is ‘one of the elements that heats up the Rossoneri management the most’.

A compatriot of Kjaer’s in the Denmark national team, he would give Milan ‘many guarantees’, but there is the slight problem of getting him.

It’s made clear that Chelsea are ‘pushing for the renewal of the player and negotiations with the Blues are still ongoing’.

If they don’t succeed, however, you can count on Milan being first in line to try and get a deal done.
