The likelihood of Inter Milan making a move for Everton’s Moise Kean could increase once Romelu Lukaku seals a move to Chelsea.

That’s according to Il Sussidiario.net, citing Sky Sports, who say that the Italian could end up at the Serie A side courtesy of his agent Mino Raiola.

With Lukaku closing in on a return to Stamford Bridge, Inter will need to find a replacement, and they’ve already lined up a deal for Edin Dzeko.

The Bosnian is not the only one on their list, though, and as part of negotiations for Denzel Dumfries, who is also represented by Raiola, it’s believed they could be ‘opening talks’ to get Kean too.

The website states that the chances of seeing Kean at Inter by the end of this window ‘could increase in the coming days’ once Lukaku has moved to Chelsea.

The striker spent last season on loan at PSG and scored 19 goals in 45 games but has returned to Everton this summer after the Parisians have not yet moved to sign him permanently.

His contract at Everton runs until 2024, so they have no need to sell on the cheap and are sure to want a profit on the £24.75m they paid Juventus in 2019.

For now, the idea is more in the embryonic stage, but there’s a feeling it could pick up pace quickly once Lukaku has departed.
