Among the many transfer rumours brought by Tuttosport today, there is the chase of Juventus for two Chelsea players.
The first is Jorginho, whose good relationship with the Old Lady manager Maurizio Sarri is well known.
The 28-year-old is seen as the ‘perfect’ midfielder to join the Italian side, as they look for a player for the position this summer.
Jorginho’s price, however, makes the move very unlikely. Tuttosport claims Chelsea won’t accept one penny less than the €57m plus €8m in bonuses which they spent to buy him from Napoli two years ago.
A more realistic signing for Juventus would be Emerson Palmieri, whose affection for Maurizio Sarri is also highlighted by Tuttosport.
The outlet claims Juventus would rather try a swap deal, but in case they pay the €30m demanded by Chelsea, then the Blues are willing to give the ‘green light’ to the operation.
The price is also said to be negotiable.
