Turkish side Galatasaray have ‘pressed the button’ for Tottenham midfielder Tanguy Ndombele and are eyeing a move this summer.
That’s according to Fotomaç, who say Galatasaray have ‘stepped up’ and are proceeding with trying to get a deal in line after it was sanctioned by Okan Buruk.
They explain that Galatasaray are keen to reinforce their midfield this summer and find an alternative to Sergio Oliveira and has found the man he is looking for in Ndombele, who has ‘entered the agenda’ at the club.
They want to secure a loan deal for the Tottenham flop and have ‘forwarded’ their offer to Spurs, which is a €1m loan fee and a ‘high’ purchase option.
A loan deal is preferred rather than a permanent transfer as there are concerns about ‘stability’ of the player, who has failed to fully impress at Tottenham or on loan at Lyon and Napoli.
Galatasaray’s technical committee are confident the midfielder can get back to his best in Turkey, though, and are pushing ahead with their efforts to get a deal over the line.
There’s no mention of what the French midfielder thinks of the offer, or even if Tottenham will sanction another loan, but the bid has been made, nonetheless.
