As Italian newspaper Gazzetta Dello Sport today shares a story about the targets that AC Milan have for the upcoming transfer windows, there’s a mention of three Chelsea players.
The Serie A giants are said to be ‘monitoring’ some footballers for a while, and it’s impressive how a big part of their list could arrive from Stamford Bridge next summer.
One of them is Carney Chukwuemeka, whose chase from Milan we covered in another story earlier today.
It turns out that when speaking of Milan’s defence, Gazzetta also names Chelsea centre-backs Benoit Badiashile and Trevoh Chalobah.
It’s said the duo ‘could end up in the sights’ of the Rossoneri, who want at least one player for the position in the next season.
Badishiale only has 11 appearances for Chelsea this season, as he struggled with injuries between August and November, while Chalobah wasn’t used for a single minute. It seems the Blues better get prepared for contacts from Milan for both players, with the Rossoneri likely to try loans with buying options, as they always do.
