Manchester City’s intense negotiations with Juventus for the swap between Danilo and João Cancelo continue.

Now according to Sky Italia, Old Lady director Fabio Paratici has met the Brazilian player’s agents this Friday.

It’s claimed there’s still some ‘distance’ regarding the personal terms offered by Juve and what Danilo wants to earn in Turin.

The 28-year-old still has three years of contract at Manchester City, making €5m per season. Meanwhile, the Italian side are offering him a longer contract, but with not such high wages.

While personal terms are being discussed, the clubs negotiate the transfers as well. Sky Italia claims there’s currently a difference of €10m between the price at which each player is evaluated.

They don’t make it clear who’s asking for more money, although it’s quite likely that it’s Juventus who will be playing harder in this case.

This is just one of the swaps being worked on by Juve, since they’re also in negotiations with Manchester United to sign Romelu Lukaku and give the Red Devils Paulo Dybala.
