Napoli are advancing for transfer deals with AFC Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest, according to the latest claims from Italy.
That’s reported by journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, who says the Serie A side are close to signing Hamed Junior Traore and Orel Mangala.
In a first story about the Nottingham Forest player, it’s claimed Napoli are ‘closer to closing the operation’ for him, bringing him back to Italy. There are no details on what is missing for the deal to be completed, though.
Regarding Mangala, Di Marzio features a piece claiming the Serie A club took ‘steps forward’ in the talks with Nottingham Forest. They’re said to be advancing in negotiations for a loan deal, despite the competition from Juventus, who also like him.
That’s a quite busy start to January for Napoli, who are having a disappointing campaign in the league, currently standing in 9th place.
With Traore and Mangala looking for ways out of Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest, it seems the Italian club went for some easy deals to strengthen their squad in the middle of the season.
