Sevilla chief Monchi has been pictured arriving at Sevilla airport to welcome Manchester United’s Anthony Martial to Spain.

That’s according to El Chiringuito, who have a video of Sevilla’s director of football arriving at the airport to ‘receive Martial’.

The Frenchman has made it clear he wants to leave Manchester United this month after struggling to establish himself under Ralf Rangnick.

Sevilla have been named as suitors since day one but have had to work hard to reach an agreement with Manchester United over a loan deal thanks to the finances involved.

The breakthrough reportedly came this week when Martial opted to lower his wage packet, thus making him accessible for the Spanish side and a deal possible.

A report earlier today stated that Martial was expected to fly out to Seville today to finalise the move, with a deal expected imminently.

Now Monchi has been spotted at the airport, which cannot be a coincidence given the reports around the Manchester United player travelling.

Unless the Sevilla chief is just out to fool everybody, a deal for the Frenchman appears to be imminent, with an announcement now likely.
