Turkish media outlet Fanatik report Super Lig club Yeni Malatyaspor have made progress in their efforts to sign Aboubakar Kamara from Fulham.

Earlier this week we covered reports from Turkey that Kamara is a target for the Super Lig club after they recently sold their first choice striker Khalid Boutaib.

Fanatik have reported on claims by the Ihlas Haber Agency (IHA) that Yeni Malatyaspor have agreed personal terms with Kamara and now they will look to convince Fulham over a loan deal.

With the arrival of Ryan Babel this week, Kamara is likely to drop down the pecking order at Craven Cottage and may need to move on before the transfer deadline.

The player was recently criticised by Claudio Ranieri after he went against team orders and took, and missed, a penalty against Huddersfield Town.

According to Fanatik, Yeni Malatyaspor are hoping to get an agreement with Fulham as soon as possible.
