Last week, Mino Raiola admitted Erling Haaland can leave Borussia Dortmund to join one of Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich or Barcelona.

The super-agent acts as an advisor to the striker and he doesn’t share a good relationship with Pep Guardiola. This has been widely known for years and Mundo Deportivo stated the Citizens ‘don’t have much interest’ in the player due to their manager’s ‘enmity’ with Raiola.

Having decided against signing a new striker in the last window, the English champions will most likely look to bring in a new No.9 next summer. Despite claims made by Mundo, the Etihad club are likely to be in the mix for the Norway international.

Journalist Mario Torrejón told Cadena Ser’s program, Carrusel Deportivo, the Premier League winners are ahead of other suitors to acquire the 21-year-old’s services.

When asked who is ‘on pole’ to sign Haaland, Torrejón said: “[Manchester] City is first, Madrid second, Bayern third and Barça fourth.”

His comments are relayed by AS, who then say the BVB star is ‘convinced’ that he will decide his next club based on the project and the not the financial aspect of the deal.

Haaland, with his father, Alf-Inge Håland and Raiola, has been calculating each option based on how he can progress and whether he can have an important role in the team.

Manchester City’s financial offer and the sporting project could be interesting for the Norwegian and he can also lead their attacking division, if he moves to the Etihad.
