With Eden Hazard’s struggles at Real Madrid becoming more and more evident, it seemed just a like a matter of time until he was linked with a move back to the Premier League.

That’s the story which Defensa Central brings today, claiming Chelsea are interested in having him back at Stamford Bridge.

The report says the Blues believe that in England, Hazard would have an end to the injury issues which have been bothering him so much at Real Madrid.

Chelsea are also said to be looking for a star to ‘lead their project’, and would have in the winger a player to motivate the fans.

The Blues won’t just have him back for the same price he moved to Madrid.

Defensa Central points out he was sold for €100m plus bonuses, and Chelsea would not be willing to go above €40-50m.

It isn’t said how much Real Madrid would demand for the move. Hazard has only made 13 appearances for the club this season, and never stayed on the pitch for the full 90 minutes.
