Arsenal will face competition from Chelsea in the race to sign Sporting’s Viktor Gyökeres in the summer window.

Manchester United were considering Sporting’s Geovany Quenda for long before Chelsea ‘stole’ him from them. Last month, the west London club reached an agreement with Sporting for Quenda to arrive at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2026.
Chelsea seem to be hopeful of repeating this.
