Since things started going wrong for Romelu Lukaku at Chelsea, the Italian media have many times insisted that he’s keen on moving back to Serie A and shining at Inter Milan again.

Now with the disappointing season coming to an end, it’s time for the parties to start working on the transfer market, even if the move is made by the player himself.

So as journalist Fabrizio Biasin writes about Lukaku, he claims that the striker requested a meeting between one of his representatives and Inter Milan.

It’s claimed this conversation should happen in the next week, and his objective is for them to find a deal, which is labelled as ‘complicated’.

Chelsea spent €113m to sign Lukaku from Inter Milan last summer, and with the Nerazzurri unlikely to pay anything close to that amount, it indeed sounds hard that the clubs would be able to find a deal. Especially because the Serie A side are also said to be working on the signing of Paulo Dybala.

Since his return to the Blues, Lukaku has 15 goals in 44 appearances.
