AC Milan apparently have the green light from Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic for a summer move.
Outlet TuttoMercatoWeb today writes there’s now ‘total understanding’ between the player and the Rossoneri.
It’s claimed that Pulisic reached a ‘long-term agreement’ to join Milan, as he ‘only wants’ them this summer.
According to the report, knowing that he’s out of Chelsea’s plans, he’s willing to make a ‘substantial cut’ in his salary to sign for the Rossoneri.
Now Milan should worry about Chelsea, as they are about to open talks with the Blues to discuss how much it will take for the signing.
Reports from the Italian media this week explained that the Rossoneri were trying to close a deal for around €15m, while the request from the Stamford Bridge side was for over €20m. That doesn’t sound like a big difference, and the talks should undoubtedly be helped by the player’s desire to complete the move.
Pulisic was barely used by Chelsea this season, with just over 1000 minutes played in his 30 appearances, contributing with only one goal and two assists.
