The rumours linking Chelsea defender Benoît Badiashile to Juventus are today reawakened by the Italian media.
A story from CalcioMercato.it claims the 23-year-old could end up being an ‘opportunity’ for the Bianconeri this summer.
It’s pointed out that Badiashile had a very difficult season at Chelsea, hampered by injuries, and it now remains to be seen if Enzo Maresca will give him a chance to succeed at the Stamford Bridge.
Juventus had been interested in the defender since he played for Monaco, so this could end up being a fine scenario to get him signed.
It’s said the valuation to take Badiashile out of Chelsea is €35m, and it remains to be seen if the Old Lady would pay that price.
The Blues spent €38m to sign the centre-back from Monaco in January 2023. Last season, he only managed to make 22 appearances for the club.
Badiashile still has a contract with Chelsea running until 2030, though, and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the club letting him go in case a good offer from Juventus arrives.
