TMW report on Chelsea interest and say the Blues ‘have already planned an attempt’ for the Dutchman. An offer would therefore be expected towards the end of the season, or perhaps shortly after that.
Inter also want to renegotiate a loan for Romelu Lukaku, depending on how he does between now and the end of the season. Even if he impresses they want to pay less than they have for the current campaign.
