Chelsea ‘accelerate’ to beat Arsenal to signing – Blues pushing hard to secure deal

On May 26th, French journalist Abdellah Boulma said Arsenal will provide competition to Paris Saint-Germain in the race for Rennes’ Désiré Doué.

Arsenal, PSG and other interested parties have to be wary of Chelsea, according to Le10 Sport.

The 19-year-old has informed the Ligue 1 side of his desire to leave, and they are ready to listen to offers.

There are several clubs in the picture to sign him, and from England, Chelsea and Arsenal are keen on securing his services in the summer window.

Mikel Arteta’s side have already made contact to know the conditions to acquiring Doué’s signature. The Blues have also positioned themselves for this operation for several weeks.
