Fulham’s Andreas Pereira is of interest to Chelsea and two other clubs, according to TNT Sports in Brazil.
A few days ago, reports in the UK stated the Blues are in the picture to sign the 27-year-old. This claim is backed up by TNT Sports, who then state Chelsea are ‘thinking about’ him to reinforce their midfield.
Mason Mount has a contract until 2024 and there has been an impasse in his renewal. He’s been linked with a move away from Chelsea and the Fulham player could replace Mount at the Bridge.
Graham Potter’s side are not alone as Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are interested in the attacking midfielder. These clubs are closely following his progress at Fulham.
Pereira has managed three goals and six assists from 32 matches in all competitions this season. His former Manchester United teammate, Paul Pogba, is at Juve and this could be the crucial factor in his potential arrival in Italy.
Even though he is happy at Fulham, it would be ‘difficult for the player to reject’ offers from the European giants. Meanwhile, Marco Silva’s side believe they can profit from Pereira’s potential sale by earning between £25m and £35m.
Chelsea, PSG and Juve have been told about the conditions needed to take Pereira away from Fulham.
