Following the sanctions imposed by the British Government on Roman Abramovich, and therefore Chelsea, there has been a lot of speculation about the future of some players at Stamford Bridge.
With the Blues unable to give out any new deals, the spotlight has been swivelled onto three players in particular, with those being Antonio Rüdiger, César Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen.
That’s because their current deals all run out in the summer, and while the latter seem to be promised to Barcelona, the other two are still question marks.
Clubs will undoubtedly be approaching the Chelsea duo, and Juventus, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, feel they have a good chance at getting the German defender.
Juventus are among those, and the Serie A side ‘have good feelings on this side’, mostly because ‘the dialogue with his representatives are proceeding constructively’.
It’s very optimistic thinking, with a vast array of teams likely trying the same approach, but having already played in the Italian league, a move to Turin certainly wouldn’t be a shock to the system for the Chelsea defender.
