And there we have it. It appears Olivier Ntcham will be a Marseille player come the end of the day.

After some negotiations between Marseille and Celtic, it appears the two sides have come to an agreement, as the player is now on his way from Glasgow to the south of France.

That’s according to Goal France journalist Benjamin Quarez, who took to Twitter on Monday to say Ntcham ‘is arriving at Marseille’.

The Celtic man is set ‘to take off in the coming minutes’ to finish his move by the deadline, and there is still the need for a medical.

The deal will be a loan with an option to buy come the end of the season, and it appears it will be around €5m, per RMC Sport’s Loïc Tanzi and Foot Mercato’s Sébastien Denis.

One article from L’Equipe hinted Celtic wanted €8m, but it seems the Ligue 1 side, who really need a midfielder to replace new Aston Villa signing Morgan Sanson, were convincing enough to get their way, if that price ends up being true.
